Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us right away. You may return unworn or used merchandise, with all tags attached, within 7 days of purchase. Please include the original receipt and packing slip. Merchandise must be in original condition without any stains, marks or smells on them. Items must be packaged to protect their shape and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the senders responsibility. We also ask that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase which can leave marks and scents which will make the item non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations or items that smell of smoke or items that have signs of wear and are not in the original condition. No refund if any of the tags are removed or removed and reattached.

Payment Plan: You can buy any costume and rather than having to pay all the money up front, you can take up to three months and make smaller payments, depending on what you are comfortable with. As long as you pay a minimum of one third of the total amount by the end of the month until it is paid off. For example, if the costume is $300, you will be paying at least $100 each month. If it is $400, you will be paying at least $133 each month.
You may return a costume that has been on hold for you(all return policies apply). You will receive a store credit for the entire amount minus the shipping. If you prefer to have your money back there will be a charge of 10% for restocking fees
